Arabtec to build Silverene Towers

Arabtec Construction has been awarded a contract by Cayan to build the Silverene Towers at Dubai Marina.

The project will be constructed over a two-year period. Tower A will have 35 floors and Tower B will have 27 floors, including podiums and three basement levels.

"The Silverene Towers will be among the highest quality buildings in the region and we are confident that Arabtec, a company known for its exceptional standards and project management, will complete the construction to the standards we require," said Cayan Chairman Ahmed Alhatti.

Arabtec CEO Riad Kamal said: "Silverene Towers will add to Arabtec's diversified portfolio and confirm our commitment to work on and completing quality construction projects to the highest standards."
