Construction of Sahara nears completion

Almasah International Real Estate, a Dubai-based real estate company, has announced that construction work on its sold-out development, Sahara Living, is nearing completion, with handover by October, 2010 on track, as promised.

Located in Dubai Industrial City, and spread across an area of 18,116 sq m, Sahara Living is a residential development consisting of 84 villas, valued at AED 100 million.

Reem Dubai Contracting was appointed main construction works at Sahara Living and began building in April of 2009, steadily making progress, with little interruption, despite many other projects halting in Dubai, said the developer.

Almasah Chairman Abou Taleb Talebi said: "Our projects are well-planned, and we have firm backing. We hope that the completion of our projects helps encourage more investments in Dubai, because we are confident in the vision of the city, and of the UAE as a whole."
