Dewan to build 28-floor tower in Saudi Arabia

Dewan Architects and Engineers said it has been awarded a contract to design and supervise the construction of a 28-floor commercial tower on Dammam-Al Khobar road in Saudi Arabia.

The company was appointed by Abdullah Al Reziza Group of Companies to undertake the design and supervision works.

The building will be situated on a prime plot of land that is 2,030 square metres in size, with important vistas overlooking the strategic Dammam-Al Khobar road, and will consist of 28 floors of prime office floors, retail outlets on the ground and mezzanine floors, and parking on two basement and four upper mezzanine podium floors.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohamed Al Assam, Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Dewan Architects and Engineers, said: "Architectural design plays an important role in the development and growth process witnessed in the kingdom. Dewan is an international firm registered in the UAE with offices in, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Baghdad, and Manila.

It commenced operations in the early 1970s and opened its first office in the UAE in 1976.
