Cirrus has completed the enabling, piling and shoring package for its Celestial Heights project.

The Dh1 billion Celestial Heights development is now moving into the second phase of construction.

Behnam Eshragh, Chairman and CEO of Cirrus Developments, said, "By working closely with Limitless, the master developer, and other authorities we managed to start construction before anyone else. Celestial Heights is ideally located in Phase 1 of Downtown Jebel Ali right opposite Jafza on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The building will be a two-minute walk from the Metro station and a footbridge will be available to cross over to Jafza. The chosen location is particularly significant as this international business hub has been one of the driving forces in the success of Dubai's economy."

Muwafaq Kharbat, Projects Director of Cirrus Developments, added, "The construction team has been working very hard to ensure we complete the first package on schedule.

We now have a de-watering system running, which is discharging 840 cubic metres of water per day. It is the first project in Downtown Jebel Ali to receive full Environmental Health & Safety (Trakhees) approval with Leed compliance."

The first package used 5,700 cubic metres of concrete, 715 tonnes of reinforced steel and excavated 93,000 cubic metres. Celestial Heights was the first project to be launched by Cirrus Developments and the first by a sub-developer in Downtown Jebel Ali.
