Greenscapes, a Dubai-based landscaping company and a member of Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders, has signed a Dh30 million deal for two landscaping projects with Al Ittihad Properties and Al Futaim Corier in Dubai.

As part of the deal, Greenscapes, which specialises in planning and construction of soft landscaping, will provide the landscaping for motor city project and uptown Mirdif.

The agreement was signed by Nasser Sultan Lootah, the owner and manager of Greenscapes, and Ilyas Adas, the Managing Director of Al Ittihad, in the presence of Abdul Baset Al Janahi, the CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders.

Commenting on the deal, Al Janahi said: "By entering into strategic co-operation with some of the biggest companies in the UAE, the capability and high quality of Greenscapes' services has set these young entrepreneurs apart from their competitors.

"There are many member companies of the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment that provide high-profile services despite being categorised as small or medium projects. These companies have taken a leading position in the UAE, with many entering into international contracts outside the country. This is a remarkable achievement for many entrepreneurs in the UAE, which reflects the endless support given by our country's leaders."

Lootah spoke about his commitment to provide the best services to the company's clients and maintaining the highest standards.

"Our [planning and execution of the] two projects will meet international standards and will be of the highest quality. The contract between Greenscapes and Al Ittihad Properties is an important step, which will have positive results for both companies. This will, hopefully, get us more projects outside of the UAE," Lootah said.
