Omniyat's two projects reach structure level

Omniyat Properties has completed structure of its first two commercial projects, One Business Bay and Bayswater.

The projects are located in Dubai's Business Bay, the new business hub that borders the Dubai International Financial Centre and the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

One Business Bay combines the infrastructure with the latest integrated technologies in the Dh520 million, 30-storey futuristic tower.

The Dh345m Bayswater project has reached roof completion level, said the property developer.

The 25-storey, scissor-shaped commercial tower is situated on a waterfront location. The two projects expect fitouts in the second quarter of 2009. This year, the company has projected a Dh35 billion portfolio by end of its financial year.
