SCCI for more benefits to staff

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) is calling on the local business sector to provide its employees with more benefits and programmes that can lead to increased productivity and help stimulate more economic activity in the emirate.

The call was made at the launch of a new group medical insurance programme for the chamber's associate members from the private sector. The new programme follows a strategic partnership with Al Buhaira National Insurance Company.

Under the terms of the agreement, Al Buhaira National Insurance Company will provide competitive and special discounted rates for SCCI associate members availing the group medical insurance programme. The insurance policy, which is covered by an accredited medical network spread across Sharjah and the rest of the UAE, is being offered in three categories and covers pre-existing diseases or medical conditions as well. The programme will allow employees of the associate member companies to avail quality healthcare services.
