Taqa plans more nationals in workforce

The Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (Taqa) has said it plans to increase the number of the UAE nationals in its workforce following the success of the recent Tawdheef Recruitment Show in the capital.

Carl Sheldon, General Manager of Taqa, said: "We are delighted to announce that Taqa will be looking to increase the number of the UAE nationals in the company following the success of Tawdheef."

Taqa's strategy on emiratisation is to recruit, train, develop and integrate the UAE nationals at all levels of the business and to help Emiratis become leading professionals in the energy sector. This ways Taqa will contribute to the welfare and development of the UAE , said a senior official of the company.
