Hill in Dh29.8m extension deal

Hill International, the global leader in managing construction risk, has been awarded a contract extension from Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan to provide project management services for the Dh2.5bn Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.

 

Hill’s original two-and-a-half-year contract was worth Dh11.6m. The new three-year extension is worth Dh29.8m.

 

Etihad Towers is a world-class, mixed-use development project located along  Khalidyah coastline.

 

This new luxurious address in Abu Dhabi will be home to an impressive five-star hotel, serviced apartments, residences, offices and a retail mall. The development comprises five towers ranging from 49 to 76 storeys. Construction is expected to be completed by December 2010.
