Hill International, the global leader in managing construction risk, has been awarded a contract extension from Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan to provide project management services for the Dh2.5bn Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.
Hill’s original two-and-a-half-year contract was worth Dh11.6m. The new three-year extension is worth Dh29.8m.
Etihad Towers is a world-class, mixed-use development project located along Khalidyah coastline.
This new luxurious address in Abu Dhabi will be home to an impressive five-star hotel, serviced apartments, residences, offices and a retail mall. The development comprises five towers ranging from 49 to 76 storeys. Construction is expected to be completed by December 2010. “We are honoured to have been chosen to manage such an exciting project,” said Raouf S Ghali, President of Hill’s Project Management Group (International). |
