Almarai of Saudi Arabia has bought Egypt's International Company for Agro-Industrial Projects (Beyti) for EGP645 million (Dh422m).
"We consider the acquisition a landmark transaction," said Rana Durra, Vice-President of HC Securities & Investment, Almarai's financial advisor.
