Al Shaikh meets Canadian envoy

Ahmed Abdullah Al Shaikh, Director-General of Dubai Government Media Office, met yesterday Kris Panday, Consul-General of Canada in Dubai, as part of his protocol tours to government institutions in Dubai.

During the meeting, they reviewed visual and print media activities in Dubai and the important role of media in delivering civilised and humane messages to the UAE society.

The Canadian consul-general praised Dubai Media Incorporated’s role in narrowing gaps between different cultures, especially in the UAE.
