AlFalak to market STC services

AlFalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co is set to promote Saudi Telecom's premium line of enterprise services to the burgeoning KSA telecommunications market.

The IT and communications solution provider has signed a strategic agreement with STC that will allow it to market and directly sell the services of STC's Enterprise Business Unit to its customer base.

The unit's extensive portfolio includes the Al Jawal business tariff reduction program, customised two-way SMS, bulk SMS with optional Web interface, mobile virtual private network (VPN), client-based email, international national backbone, business internet DSL, internet protocol VPN, and backup link.

The deal will help AlFalak expand its service offerings, enhance its customer-centric approach and provide one-stop-shop solutions for global enterprises. For STC, the agreement opens up new business opportunities under the AlFalak trademark.
