The EGSI Group, a member of UAE-based Al Barakah group of companies, a diversified real estate development group, yesterday launched a Dh4.5 billion ultra-luxury project Le Stelle in Majan-Mizin in Dubailand.

Designed by the leading Korea-based international architectural firm, Heerim, and the famous Italian interior design company, Modo Milano, Le Stelle will comprise G+30, spacious studios, one bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, luxurious penthouses, huge sky gardens and infinity swimming pools.

The project is slated for completion by 2011.

"Le Stelle is another great project from Al Barakah. The location in the heart of Downtown Dubailand, overlooking Al Barari, adds great value to the project that is envisaged to stand out for its modern architecture, design and stylish interiors. It is our first project with the EGSI brand and we envision the five towers to radiate the brilliance of The Stars that they are named after," said Imran Khan, Chief Executive of EGSI Group and Al Barakah Group.

Al Barakah has a total project portfolio of more than Dh12 billion in the UAE. The developer has announced Let's Talk Real Estate, which will be handling the sales and marketing of the first two towers of the developer, the Sirio and Orione.

"We selected Let's Talk to market the first two towers in this prestigious development based on the successful track record, expertise and experience of their management team. It is important for Al Barakah to work with people who share similar business values and ethics. We are very pleased with the way Let's Talk Real Estate are planning the marketing and promotion. I am sure that Sirio and Orione will sell out quickly and will be appreciated by the investors and end-users alike," said Khan.
