DEC Towers units handed over to owners

Dheeraj & East Coast (DEC), a Dubai-based developer, yesterday said it has started handing over its first project, DEC Towers in Dubai Marina, to end users and investors.

Speaking while handing over the keys to the owners, Dheeraj Wadhawan, Managing Director, DEC, said: "We are happy to hand over the residential units in DEC Towers to their owners. DEC Towers was our first announced project in Dubai and we are pleased to hand over the towers for occupancy. Even after the handover, we intend to work closely with our customers to address any issues."

DEC Towers offers 507 residential units, about 2,900 sq metres of retail area, in addition to support services and facilities. Currently, DEC has a property portfolio of 21 escrow compliant projects, worth Dh4.5 billion.
