Dubai Properties has assets worth about Dh200 billion and ample liquidity, the company's chief executive officer told Al Arabiya television station.
"About Dh200bn is the value of our property and land based on the latest assessment," Khalid Malik told the station.
Dubai Properties is a unit of Dubai Holding.
"Our liquidity today is good," he said. "We are relying on the company's internal liquidity. But if there is government backing, why not?" he added.
