Drei launches realty diploma programme

Dubai Real Estate Institute (Drei) has launched a qualification real estate diploma programme, which is a certificate approved by Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera).

The programme aims to provide the basics and principles of real estate science to qualify people involved in real estate field to make them acquire related knowldedge and skills.

According to Rera's Real Estate Licences Department, the diploma programme is mandatory for the owners of real estate licences. The department will not accept any qualification certificate from any another training body with the exception of Drei by 2010.

The programme contains five sections; real estate principles, economy and properties, real estate finance and investment, real estate marketing and real estate management.
