Dubai, Ajman fast-track talks on realty ventures

Dubai Land and Ajman real estate association fast-forwarded discussions regarding the real estate opportunities in the UAE before taking part in the Real Estate Leadership conference in Singapore. The discussions centred on the development of real estate regulations in the UAE and their importance in supporting and protecting real estate investment, ensuring its continuation and catering to the real estate market's needs.

Officials taking part in the talks were Marwan bin Ghalita, Executive Officer of the organisational arm of Dubai Land and Omar Al Barghouthi, General Manager, Ajman Real Estate Association.
