Dubai Land Department seeks customer feedback

An online survey has been launched by the Dubai Land Department in order to gauge customer satisfaction to the department's services and response.

From investors and property owners to property developers and brokers, all have the opportunity to provide feedback to the department through the survey.

A series of questions about the accessibility, customer facilities, flexibility, responsiveness, value and trust have been asked that have to be ranked on a scale ranging from poor to excellent, in the survey.

Respondents even get the option of rating how the department has handled complaints and whether they are satisfied with the response received.

"I believe this is the first time the land department has launched an online survey… it is a good thing to do and understand where they need to change," said an investor.
