Fortune Group, a Dubai-based developer, will be handing over its Fortune Executive Tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers to investors in November.
Syed Mohammed Ali, CEO, Fortune Group, said: "The project for the first time offers duplex offices that are tailored to meet the business needs of corporate houses. We are optimistic that the units, which range in size from 800 sqft to 4,000 sqft, will meet the demand of all sections of the business community."
The developer, which has a project portfolio worth Dh12 billion, is also offering flexible payment plans to investors.
Ali said: "We are committed to the people who have put their trust in our brand and have committed money to our project. Despite our financial constraints, we are not only pushing ahead towards completion of the tower but have also adopted a very flexible approach towards payments.
"We are offering investors multiple payment options, depending on individual cases. Our revised payment options have been tailored to reflect the new market reality. Through realistic bench-markings, we intend to alleviate financial stress of investors and at the same time help them retain their properties."
The 35-storey freehold commercial tower was completely sold out and offers 400,000 sqft of prime office space across 247 office units.
Malaysia-based IJM Corporation was awarded the contract for construction of the Dh350 million project.
