HH, a Dubai-based developer, said it has handed over its Dh300 million development O14, a 22-storey freehold commercial tower, in Business Bay.
The tower was launched in 2006 and developed by Shahab Lutfi, CEO, HH, with the main investor, District Investment and Development. "We are delighted with the response from investors and business-seekers for O14," said Lutfi.
Law firm Habib Al Mulla and Company and Dr Obaid Busit Legal Practice will be the first companies to occupy the building.
Located in the centre of Business Bay, the tower will offer 165,000 sq ft of office space and 6,500 sq ft of retail space.
