Imdaad, an integrated facilities management solutions provider, is targeting to offer maintenance services to more than 1,000 individual villa owners in Dubai by year-end, its CEO said.

"We believe there is a lot of potential in the market… we are looking to offer services to about 1,000 villas and a number apartments as well by the year end," said Jamal Lootah, Chief Executive Officer, Imdaad. "Our focus is on properties in new Dubai areas such as Jebel Ali and Palm Jumeirah, where we expect a lot of properties to be handed over."

"We will be offering tailor-made options for individual owners. We have put in place a strategically designed action plan to deliver FM services with team of professionals on hand."

Lootha said the company will be emphasising on delivering "quality" service to its clients than resorting to reducing the prices.

"We believe in offering quality and that is where we will be competing with others," he added.
