Meraas realty firm launched

A new entity, Meraas Holding, has been launched as a Dubai-based real estate investment company.

The company will develop real estate investment projects, using modern strategies of integrated city management.

Meraas Chairman Abdullah Ahmed Al Habbai said the company is committed to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, of making Dubai a leading financial and business centre.

Meraas is expected to launch different units to deal in private property investment, real estate, shopping centres and hospitality establishments, and healthcare and education.
