Mudon homes showcased

Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group, yesterday said it will showcase the multi-billion-dirham Mudon master development at Cityscape.

It will launch its first units, the Cairo downtown homes, comprising a 1.4 million square foot cluster of two-storey, four bedroom villas, within the Cairo section of the project. Of these, 348 units will be made available for sale at Cityscape.

Expected to be completed in 2010, each unit within the cluster will include a parking garage for two cars, patio and garden, and a first floor terrace.
