Nakheel to reduce maintenance fee

Nakheel plans to reduce maintenance fee for both its completed and under-construction projects, according to Ali Rashid Lootah, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Al Khaleej quoted him as saying that the developer will review the current fee  structure but wil not compromise of quality. This move will help reduce investment cost and raise revenues, he added.

Meanwhile, maintenance fee in Discovery Gardens has been reduced to Dh6 per square foot, said a source. This will positively impact therealty market, the source added.

Nakheel is determined to work continually with Rera to ensure improved services at competitive charges.
