New head of research for Richard Ellis

CB Richard Ellis, a commercial real estate services company, yesterday appointed Matthew Green as head of research and consultancy for the UAE.

Green, who will be based in Dubai, will spearhead the in-house research and consultancy capability for the UAE, focusing on growing the consultancy business whilst maintaining current client services and fostering new business opportunities.

The research and consultancy offering includes commercial real estate market intelligence and analysis, among others.
