NTRE, Schön start projects in Cyprus

Dubai-based New Tower Real Estate (NTRE) and Schön Properties yesterday launched three projects in Cyprus.

The projects Oceania Bay Village, Mythical Sands Resorts and Palm Village Villas, will be being built on par with all international luxury standards, the developer said in a statement.

Oceania Bay is located in the South Eastern part of Cyprus and has 101 apartments.

Mythical Sands Resort and Spa is located in Protaras with 345 apartments. It will also have a football pitch along with tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool and a fitness studio Palm Village, also in Protaras, will house 65 exclusive villas.

Each villa comes completely furnished and is adjacent to an 18-hole PGA golf course.

All projects offer visa and residency status with the purchase of every unit.
