Plus buys plots in Ajman project

Developer Plus Properties yesterday said it acquired Dh294 million worth of plots in the Dh220 billion Al Zorah project in Ajman.

Statistics recently released by the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has revealed the emirate's annual investment growth rate stands at an average of 6.7 per cent.

"Ajman's strategic location, its great scenic beauty and easy availability of key raw materials have made it a good location for investment," said Georges Chehwane, Chief Executive Officer, Plus Properties.

"In a bid to offer our customers modern facilities and amenities, we will be working with reputed engineering companies, who adhere to international standards of quality during the development of our projects."

Set along 12 square kilometres on Ajman's coastline, Al Zorah City will be an integrated project comprising residential buildings, office towers, chalets, hotels and tourist resorts.

According to Chehwane, Wave Residence and Pixel located in Waterfront and Sky Garden Tower in Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, have been completely sold out.
