Rents decline further in May

Rents for apartments and villas in Dubai have declined further in May, according to Landmark Advisory, as compared to Rera's revised April index. Rents for apartments in Palm Jumeirah declined in the range of six to 25 per cent, while Dubai Marina fell six per cent to 18 per cent.
