Sondos Tower delivery process starts
Tiger Properties, a Dubai-based developer, yesterday said it has commenced handover procedures to investors and end-users for its Sondos Tower in Sharjah.
Sondos Tower is the fourth consecutive tower that the company will deliver to end-users, and one of 10 that it has already delivered to its Gulf Cooperation Council investors and others.
Mohammed Taha, Chief Executive Officer of Tiger Properties, said: "We are dedicated to keeping our promise to deliver high quality projects on time, and we have a deep commitment to maintaining honesty, integrity and credibility in our dealings with investors and clients. The handover of this tower on time reaffirms the correctness of our policy of relying on the company's fixed assets rather than on loans or outside funding."
Taha said the company ensures that all the financial needs have been met before it starts construction on a project, a strategy that helps ensure that its projects are completed on time and to the expected high standard.
He said Tiger will reaffirm its commitment to delivering its projects on time, with the handover of Sondos Tower being the first of a series of handovers of various projects that will take place within the first quarter of next year.
Sondos Tower is a 51-storey luxury apartment complex in Al Khan, Sharjah, near Qanat Al Qasba.
The tower offers seven floors of dedicated residents' parking, with the remaining floors housing residential apartments, conference room and offices, and ladies and men's health clubs equipped with saunas, steam rooms, changing rooms, a gymnasium, a children's room and nursery, an aerobic area and a swimming pool. The apartments comprise elegantly finished two- or three-bedroom units with ceramic tiling throughout, fully-fitted kitchens, spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom in master bedrooms.
Other key features of the Sondos Tower include high-speed digital technology internet, TV and voice communication connections and central air-conditioning.
