Tameer Holding will be delivering 480 residential units in the first phase of Madinat Al Majd project in Jordan, with the keys being handed over in the beginning of March.
Madinat Al Majd is an integrated residential city located in the New Zarqa area, just 15 kilometres from the centre of Amman. Spread over an area of two million square meters, the project will include a number of residential units, in addition to an array of planned amenities, and once completed will be home to approximately 50,000 people.
Ghassan Sakhnini, Chief Executive Officer, Tameer, said: "We are the first foreign developer to undertake a project of this magnitude in the Kingdom, and we are honoured to be a part of such an important initiative. Tameer's partnership with the Jordanian government to offer housing to all is sure to position Madinat Al Majd as a landmark in the arena of social responsibility."
Tameer is also working on a significant portion of the project's infrastructure, and a number of plots will soon be ready for construction and further development.
