ST DUPONT GOES BLUE

French luxury accessories maker ST Dupont has unveiled Neptune, a limited-edition collector's item featuring a lighter, a fountain pen, a roller and ballpoint pen.

Numbered out of just 888 pieces, the collectible, in Chinese lacquer finish, is inspired by the God of Water and the Sea in Roman mythology, the company said. "ST Dupont is paying tribute to this crucial element and its Roman God through this limited edition that embodies waves and serenity," it adds.

Available at own boutique in Dubai Festival City. Price on request.

 

 

Fashion and art Lanvin

Dutch photographers Inez van Lambsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin are responsible for the Spring/Summer campaign of French fashion house Lanvin. Known for their arty digitally manipulated photographs, the duo said the images tell the story of true people and of human relationships.

 

 

Furla goes to wonderland

Luxury Italian fashion giant Furla has just revealed its new collection of bags and leather goods inspired by the upcoming fantasy adventure film Alice In Wonderland. The leitmotiv collection includes eight different bag styles, clutches, cosmetic pouches and zip purses among others.

The film, an interpretation of Lewis Carroll's well-loved 1865 book, is due to be released in the UAE in March.

The latest collection is available at all Furla stores in Mall of the Emirates, The Dubai Mall and BurJuman.
