Abu Dhabi's Sorouh Real Estate said it plans to start developing projects in Egypt and Morocco "shortly".
"We are exploring initiatives to develop projects in Egypt and Morocco shortly," Gurgit Singh, chief property development officer at Sorouh, told Reuters on Monday on the sidelines of a construction conference in Abu Dhabi. He declined to give details.
The value of Sorouh's projects now is between Dh50 billion and Dh60bn, he said.
"We are looking to grow our portfolio by 8 to 10 per cent per annum," Singh said. (Reuters)
