eHosting DataFort meets ISO standards

eHosting DataFort, the region's leading IT outsourcing and advisory services provider, and part of Tecom Investments, has obtained three International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) certifications – ISO9001: 2008, ISO 20000:2005 and ISO 27001:2005.

The three accreditations were awarded by British Standards Institution (BSI) and Det Norske Veritas (DNV), confirming the entity as the only company in the Middle East to have achieved this in a 12-month period.

ISO9001 is the standard all organisations implement while providing assurance to satisfy quality requirements. ISO20000 is the standard for conforming to best practices in IT services. ISO27001 has been developed for Information Security Management Systems.
