ADNH records 47.9% rise in net profit

Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), has reported a net profit of Dh432.92 million for the year ended December 31, 2009 compared to Dh292.74m in 2008, recording a growth of 47.9 per cent.

Earnings per share increased to Dh0.43 from Dh0.29 in 2008. ADNH, the owner of Hilton, Le Meridien and Sheraton-managed properties in the UAE, said it added three hotels to its portfolio during 2009, with the 438 room Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach opening in December.
