Hotel offers fashion and grooming advice for guests

Being situated next to a mall is not enough of a differentiator anymore. One Dubai hotel has added a fashion advisory service for its in-house guests.

The Address Dubai Mall bills itself as the first in the region to offer the service, which has been launched just in time for the Dubai Shopping Festival.

"With the hotel's proximity to the large number of fashion outlets at The Dubai Mall, the personal fashion advisor for our guests will be a great value addition and fits with our philosophy of offering tangible guest benefits," said Olivier Heuchenne, General Manager, The Address Dubai Mall.

"This is part of our strategy to leverage the location advantage of the hotel, directly connected to the world's largest shopping and entertainment destination," he added.

A customised menu has been created to suit the personal requirements of guests. Available for ladies and gents, the Style Me and Shopping package identifies individual styles that will complement the guest's personality. The session includes a consultation prior to shopping, where the advisor provides advice on colours and fashion trends based on guest preferences.

A shopping list is then prepared, keeping in mind the stores that match with the guest's profile.

Other packages being offered include the Fashion Dilemma session, ideal for women who need help finding the proper outfit for a certain occasion, and the Fashion Fix, an accommodation package that is aimed at those looking for a fashion vacation or a shopping weekend.

The Dubai Mall features 1,200 shopping outlets.
