Work starts at Tanmiyat’s Commercial Heights

Excavation and piling has started on The Forum and The Exchange, two of the three towers that make up Tanmiyat’s Commercial Heights development at Business Bay, and work is scheduled to start on the third tower, The Court, next month.

Commercial Heights consists of three towers ranging from 35-storey to 44-storey: The Forum, The Court and The Exchange. Each tower will feature facilities such as a gym, a business centre, cafés and parking.

Ziyad Alghathbar, regional manager of Tanmiyat Group in Dubai,  said:

“The excavation work on all three towers has started. Work has already started on The Forum and The Exchange, and will shortly begin on the Court.

“Start of construction represents another milestone for Tanmiyat, and we are confident that 2008 will be an extremely productive year.”
