Austria calls for European Union debt cap

The European Union should cap member countries' debt to ease pressure on the 27-nation bloc's stability amid the Greek crisis, Austria's finance minister said. Such a limit on debt "would lead to a clear cap on new debt and strict budgetary discipline".
