Borse Dubai has decided to exercise a one-year option to extend a $2.5bn (Dh9.18bn) syndicated loan.
The facility has a conventional and Islamic tranche and paid 325 basis points per annum over the Libor, Borse Dubai said in a statement last year.
The bourse has informed the participating banks of its decision.
