Deal signed to promote Sharjah

The Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) has signed a partnership agreement with the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq).

Director-General Ali bin Salem Al Mahmoud signed the agreement on behalf of SEDD and Marwan Jasim Al Sirgal, Executive Director-Shurooq, signed on behalf of the authority.

The agreement between SEDD and the authority is aimed at creating a business climate that would encourage the development of more tourism and cultural projects in Sharjah.

It will also help prepare plans to put the emirate in the lead locally and internationally, develop economic projects by offering facilities and incentives to attract investors, and conducting studies on economic activities.
