Investing in project and programme managers and business analysts is a sure way of being prepared for economic and industry changes, according to a leading industry expert.

"There are many components to an organisation's human capital strategy but there are common components that cut across any model – recruiting, learning and development, talent and leadership management, performance management to name a few," said Raed S Haddad, Senior Vice-President of Global Delivery Services at ESI International.

Haddad, an internationally known project management expert and public speaker, will deliver a free breakfast seminar on Sunday, March 14 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Abu Dhabi, on 'Leveraging investment in human capital'.
