North and South Korea have naval skirmish: report

North and South Korea have had a naval skirmish in Yellow Sea waters off their west coast, the South's Yonhap news agency reported on Tuesday.

The agency did not immediately provide any additional details. A Defence Ministry spokesman said it could not confirm the report at this time.
