Mohammed to open Burj Dubai tomorrow

Tomorrow, Dubai is set to rejoice in a grand Emirati traditional festival the fourth anniversary of the accession of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE as Ruler of Dubai.

His accession was another milestone in the development and progress, which transformed the emirate into the world's fastest growing city and helped make the UAE a leading regional and international nation.
