Nazarbayev departs UAE after tour

Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev yesterday left the UAE at the conclusion of his official visit.

He was seen off at the Emiri Airport of Abu Dhabi by General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Minister of Presidential Affairs Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to Kazakhstan Ibrahim Hassan Saif, Kazakhstan Ambassador to UAE Askar Mussinov plus other senior UAE officials.

During his visit, President Nazarbayev praised President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan for his wise leadership. He said Sheikh Khalifa was a leader who commanded great wisdom and vision.

President Nazarbayev said talks between the two were "positive and fruitful".
