Dubai Police have released details of a further 15 suspects believed to have been involved in the murder of Hamas leader Mahmoud Al Mabhouh at a five-star hotel in the city.
Eleven suspects were identified previously and the new list – which includes a number of women – brings the total to 26. The additional suspects include a woman and five men who travelled on British passports, three women and a man with Irish passports, two men with French passports and a woman and two men with Australian passports. The police say the new list includes people who provided logistical support before the murder and others who played central roles.
"All the suspects will be pursued to stand trial for this crime as the evidence shows their involvement in preparations, planning, logistics, surveillance, technical support and the actual killing of Al Mabhouh," said a spokesman.
