Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, yesterday met with adviser to the President of Sudan, Dr Mustafa Othman Ismail, currently on a visit to the country.
The two sides reviewed bilateral relations as well as means of further developing them. Sheikh Hamdan reiterated UAE's support for peace and development in Sudan and for efforts made by the Sudanese Government to achieve the country's development.
The adviser praised the support extended by the UAE to his country, saying he discussed with Sheikh Hamdan economic, investment and trade relations in addition to the humanitarian and charity aid presented by the UAE Red Crescent in a number of Sudanese areas.
