Verdict in credit card fraud case on November 23

Dubai Criminal Court will give the verdict on November 23 in the case of a Malaysian woman accused of forging a passport and six credit cards and using the cards in purchases from a number of shops in Dubai.

In yesterday’s session the judge asked YH (29) about the forged passport and she denied any link to it.

The case dates to when Dubai Mall Kenyan security guard Josef Okilo received a complaint from an employee in the mall and who had suspicions about a credit card with a Malaysian woman who wanted to buy a Dh15,000 watch.
