The US military says a roadside bombing has killed two American soldiers and two Iraqi civilians northwest of Baghdad.
The deaths bring the toll of American troops who have died since the war started five years ago to at least 3,995.
The military says a third soldier also has been wounded in Saturday’s bombing.
The statement does not provide more details about the location.
Violence has declined across country, but attacks continue against US and Iraqi forces.
The soldiers’ identities have not been released because relatives have not yet been notified. (AP)
