With more top-flight coaches losing their jobs this week, now could be the perfect time to embark on a coaching career of your own.
The Jebel Ali International Hotel's Centre of Excellence is keen to put budding Benitezs and future Fergusons on the path to Premier League management by running a FA-approved course at the end of the month.
A four-day FA Level 1 Coach Education Course takes place from February 26, one of the only places outside the UK where the qualification can be obtained. It's the seventh year the Level 1 course has been taught in the emirate and the Centre of Excellence can boast more than 130 qualified coaches in that time.
Chris Brown, the Academy Manager at Jebel Ali, is looking forward to another fruitful four days.
"The course was set up with the aim of providing the local community with a recognised coaching qualification path to improve the standard of coaching within the UAE," he says. "The feedback from all the candidates has been fantastic and nearly everyone who takes part wants to come back to graduate to the next level on the coaching ladder."
Level 1 is an introduction to coaching and provides prospective coaches with the basic tools to teach youth and amateur football. The course concentrates on setting up sessions and running various games and drills.
Level 2, which focuses on transforming technique into skill, will also be offered by the Centre at the end of April.
"Level 2 is the first part of the Uefa B licence and is an internationally recognised qualification meaning coaches will then be able to instruct professional football club academies," explains Brown. "Because of the good links we have with the English FA, we managed to persuade them that we had the necessary facilities and backing to set up the courses."
