Missing the injured Eric Abidal, Dani Alves, Dmytro Chygrynskiy and Yaya Toure, along with Rafa Marquez and Gerard Pique suspended, Barca struggled from the start. Diego Forlan and Simao scored for the hosts, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic pulled a goal back for Barcelona.
