After a highly successful debut earlier this year, Ayyam Gallery returns with its second outing, Black vs. Colour.
The exhibition comprises six of Syria's finest artists: Khaled Takreti, Safwan Dahoul, Nassouh Zaghlouleh, Ammar Al-Beik, Asaad Arabi, and Youssef Abdelke.
Featuring a wide range of media, the show lives up to its name with some artists featuring work in black and white, while others display colourful images. The paintings and photographs cover different subjects, styles and techniques, and each piece comes with a personalised description of the inspirations behind the work.
Black vs. Colour, which runs until next month, is a great exhibition to visit if you want to get your hands on some seriously important art from the Levant region.
